Tailored for individuals who have long struggled with food and weight loss, this program guides you toward achieving your ideal weight while equipping you with the knowledge and tools needed for successful long-term weight management.
Focus: This program focuses on three critical areas essential to sustainable weight loss, with roughly five sessions dedicated to each area:
Mastering the weight loss and behaviour change mindset: Overcome self limiting beliefs and develop the psychological foundation needed for lasting change.
Finding the right diet and weight loss approach for you: Discover the nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle strategies that work best for your unique goals and needs.
Transitioning from weight loss to weight maintenance: Stop yo-yo dieting and learn how to maintain your weight effectively after reaching your goals.

Weekly one-on-one online coaching sessions (50 minutes each)

Result: Depending on your unique goals and starting point, you can expect to lose 10 to 30 pounds by the end of the program. More importantly, you will gain the essential knowledge, skills, and resources you need to continue losing weight on your own and maintain your ideal weight for life.

Beating Binge Eating Program
Overview: This thorough 5-week coaching program is designed to help you break free from binge eating once and for all. As someone who personally struggled with binge eating for multiple years, I know how challenging and debilitating it can be, but I also know that lasting change is entirely possible, as long as you have access to the right information and support. In this program, I will guide you through everything I have learned about the psychology of behaviour change and overcoming problematic eating patterns, while providing you with the support and accountability you need to take the first step towards a completely binge-free life. Based on the first phase of my Sustainable Weight Loss Program, this program offers a focused and streamlined approach to overcoming binge eating without requiring a longer commitment.
